Features
What you get when you deploy EBM on your fleet.
EPA Engine Universe
Searchable index of every EPA-certified diesel engine baseline — CO₂, NOx, CO, O₂ across every tier. 8,641 records covering on-road and off-road applications.
Bidirectional diagnostic classification
High and low emissions deviations are both clinically meaningful. Our patent-covered methodology classifies engines as In Spec / Marginal / Critical in both directions — high and low CO₂, high and low NOx — surfacing problems that one-directional approaches miss.
Four-phase threshold ladder
Engines progress through Commissioning, Deployment, Operational, and Regulated phases. Each phase has its own tolerance bands, calibrated to the engine's stage of life and the regulatory environment it operates in.
Fleet Health Score
Weighted aggregate health metric for fleet-level visibility. In Spec engines weight at 1.0, Marginal at 0.75, Critical at 0.5. Roll up by location, company, or engine type.
Field-validated by master technicians
Every diagnostic threshold is anchored to real probe data from a 74-truck haul fleet operating in extreme conditions. We don't ship thresholds we haven't seen work.
Built for diesel mechanics
Interface designed around the way technicians actually diagnose engines — not a generic IoT dashboard. Real workflow: test, classify, prescribe, document.
